Your Beloved Awaits

Your Beloved awaits
Awaits with faithful anticipation.

Your Beloved is near,
Do you have that joyous expectation?

For all these years, He’s been after your soul.
Is pleasing Him your priority goal?

Submit your mind, your will, your emotions
Moment by moment to the Lord of creation.

He’s worthy to receive
That for which He did bleed.

When you present yourself to the Savior from sin
He clothes you and makes you all glorious within.

Let not your heart be lifted up for ‘your’ splendor
Acknowledge it’s from Him, bow in glad surrender.

Your Beloved has come
Receive Him with adoration.

Your Beloved indwells
For you are His holy habitation.
