Trusting You as Isaac trusted Abraham

And You love me so perfectly

I know You are a Good Shepherd
Equip me to obey Your every word

For Your kindness led me to repentance
Consecrate my ear with an awl
That I may respond when You call

I want to share in Your pain and laughter

I want to be Your disciple
Willingly following You where You go
Trusting Your sense of direction
Without grumbling or questions

Make me a single-minded Christ preacher
