Cherished and Loved

I've heard every thought of your mind.
I've seen the way you attack yourself.
You hate yourself but I love you.
You call yourself names that are so cruel.

I know every time that you sinned
But why wallow in condemnation?
I sent My Son to die for you.
His blood can cleanse away your guilt too.

Washed by the Word, you will be free
To be cherished and loved by Me.
I will give you the inheritance
Of My Son who lived in innocence.

You who first trusted in Me
Will be to the praise of My glory.
Adopted into My family,
Daughter of God is your identity.
